Refund Policy
Effective for 45 Days from the Date of Referral Agreement Execution
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the sign-up fee under the Referral Agreement entered into with Realtors Gateway.
Refunds may be considered under the following scenarios:
1. No Leads Delivered
Realtors Gateway fails to provide any leads to the agent or broker within the agreed timeframe.
2. Non-Exclusive Leads
Leads are found to be non-exclusive and have also been shared with other agents or brokers in the Realtors Gateway network.
3. Lead Disinterest
Lead(s) show no intent to buy, sell, or transact in real estate within 9 months of assignment.
4. Pre-Existing Relationship
The lead is already under contract or in contact with the agent/broker before assignment.
5. Unresponsive Leads
Lead remains completely unresponsive for 10 consecutive business days, despite reasonable outreach efforts.
6. Leads Outside Preferred Area
If an agent agrees to leads outside their preferred service area, such leads will still count toward their monthly allocation and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
If No Leads Are Delivered (Scenario 1):
For Scenarios 2–5:
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of accepting the lead.
Failure to report in time means the lead will be considered valid and non-refundable.
By entering into the Referral Agreement with Realtors Gateway, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This Policy supersedes all prior versions.
